VIBRATION MONITORING FOR INFRASTRUCTURE
Before it's a trip. Before it's a fire.
Catch degradation before it becomes an emergency.
We offer monitoring for gensets, cooling, compressors, transformer that power your site.

What’s building up in your infrastructure
and support systems?
Perhaps an electrical connection is loose and heat is building or even arcing
Perhaps insulation stress is building in transformer winding
Could a misaligned coupling be adding load to the bearings?
What starts as one loose connection can cascade into a trip, a fire, or a failure.
We don't want a problem to build until it costs you your power supply.
Condition based maintenance for your backbone systems
Your site’s power, cooling, air and electrical infrastructure has to keep running.
We monitor the condition of key components using our proprietary Motornostix Canary® sensors, software and machine-to-cloud data management.
Expert analysis and reports provide recommendations for precision maintenance you can act on. Before stuff breaks and the phone rings.
Before it Breaks
Request a site assessment and we can look at exactly what we'd monitor and what it would tell you.
Protect against transformer, motor, cooling
and panel degradation.
Find loose connections, cooling and lubrication faults, and insulation stress before trips or fires.

CASE STUDY
Engine Generator Failure – Current Detection
The Situation
The alternator on a mining haul truck was operating as it normally does, every day.
Fault Detection
Alternator electrical current had climbed from 700A to 820A and vibration in the X-direction rose from 12.5mm/s to 14.5mm/s — a simultaneous elevation pointing to an electrical-related defect within the alternator.
Problem Averted
Our system alert caught the fault developing before anyone was aware of it — the early warning meant the failure did not lead to the whole machine failing. As the fault could be addressed in time.
