The MX solution is build around a scalable, modular, data gathering device called the Motornostix Canary. The Canary can measure all critical vibration points on a typical motor/load configuration.  For more complex equipment, for example a ball mill, more Canaries can be added the the local RS485 network.

The MX service offerings are also scalable. At the entrance level is the on-site Go/No-go condition monitoring service that offers a very cost effective first step towards Condition-based Maintenance. It is a service only - the client does not need to buy any hardware or software.

The next step would be a comprehensive on-site condition monitoring offering. This can grow to the full online monitored service.  Finally the offering matures in an online service with the client performing their own monitoring.
