Go/No-go on-site condition monitoring service

Detect bearing and lubrication problems at an early stage. Motornostix makes use of advanced Acoustic Emission technology that is powerful yet simple to apply. We will provide you with an on the spot assessment of the condition of the bearing surfaces and bearing lubrication.

Motornostix provides

On-site measurements of AE levels
On-site measurements of temperatures (non-contact)
Measurement outcomes:
- Equipment appears to be in good health
- Levels are high - lubricate - wait 10 minutes - measure again
  - If levels drop, continue normal maintenance regim
  - If levels remain high, perform comprehensive on-site measurements
High pressure and vacuum leak detection
Closeout report

The Client provides

Payment on a per equipment/hours basis
Equipment data:
- Machine history
- Failure mode analysis
- Bearing details
Access to the equipment
Availability of maintenance personnel to lubricate equipment
