Services / On-site: FluidTest Lubrication Survey

The FluidTest Lubrication Survey is the periodic testing of machine health through the sampling and analysis of industrial fluids.

FluidTest provides a web-based platform for reporting and trending of fluid testing results. It is an effective and easy way to keep track of your machine's health.

Motornostix has partnered with ALS Tribology, which is division of the global ALS Laboratory Group, to offer our clients the benefit of preventive maintenance through fluid testing. Fluid samples will be taken on a periodic basis by either Motornostix or the client and delivered to the ISO laboratory for analysis.

Motornostix provides

Sample database setup and administration
Fluid sampling equipment
Sample containers with the required consumables
Taking of samples by trained Motornostix employees
Logging information of samples taken on web-based software
Sample delivery to laboratory
Analysis turn around time of 24hrs from sample arrival at laboratory
On-line viewing of reports and sample progress tracking
Integrating of oil analysis report into other Motornostix condition monitoring services

The Client provides

Maintained list of machines to be sampled and number of samples per machine
Information related to application and type of oil used
An employee to act as contact person and assist
Information related to oil changes, top up, filter changes
Oil sampling points
