Motornostix^® Field Service is responsible for the reliability of the Motornostix systems on our client’s machines.

Our field service people have been trained on the specifics of installation, maintenance and functions of the complete Motornostix^® system. Interaction between field service and the monitoring analysts through the use of MXAD ensures that all the Motornostix^® equipment faults are rectified as soon possible.

Motornostix^® Field Service provides the following:

• Site survey for scope of Motornostix system installation
• Installation of the Motornostix equipment
• Maintenance of the Motornostix equipment
• Training for the client on the correct handling of the Motornostix^® equipment as part of the client’s maintenance on the machine
